HOW TO ORDER

      • Wholesale Store is Password Protected. You need to enter wholesale-store login and password to see these pages

  2. CREATE ACCOUNT AND SIGN IN

    • Click on the ‘Sign In’ link in the shopping page just below the scrolling search panel at the top of the page. For the first time you will have to Create a New Account with us by clicking on ‘Create new account’ at the bottom of the pop up window. Then give your Name, Email id, set a password and click ‘Register’ button. Once you have Created an account in our website, next time onwards you simply has to Sign In with your Email id and your password.

      Note: Creating account with us will help you save products into your favorites, view your order history and save your billing address.

  3. BROWSE FOR ITEMS

    • Click on a Category from Online Store menu which will lead to more Product Brands. You can use the Left Navigation Menu on the shopping page to choose the Brands. Follow the links to list all the products available from that Brand

      Note: If there are more products under a Brand, it will be listed in pages. So please find ‘Next’ link at the bottom to go to the next page.

    1. LEARN ABOUT THE ITEM YOU FOUND
      • Click on the product Image / Name to get more details about the product. From the Product Description Page, you can add that product in desired quantities into your Shopping Bag. You can see if, GST will be added to the Price of the Product.

        Note: Please check if there is a minimum quantity to order specified for that product just above the price.

  4. ADD TO FAVORITES

    • Click on the Heart Symbol on the products list page or product description page to add that item into Favorites list. You can view your favorites by clicking ‘Favorites’ link at the top (beside Sign In/Sign Out link). This will make it easy for you to order your favorite products every time. Click on the Heart symbol again if you want to remove that product from the Favorites list.

  5. SHOPPING BAG

    • Once you have navigated through to the product(s) you wish to order, click on the ‘Add To Bag’ button beside the item and select the quantity you wish to order. You then have the choice to Continue Shopping or Go to Checkout.

  6. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

    • Once you have finished ordering, and you are ready to check out, click ‘Go To Checkout’. Review the Items placed in your Shopping Bag. You can modify an item in your Shopping Bag:
      • To change the quantity, enter the correct number in the Qty box.
      • To remove an Item from Shopping bag bring the pointer to the item and click the cross that appears on the top right of the chosen item.
      • To add more products click ‘Continue Shopping’ button at the bottom of the list.
      Click on ‘Checkout’

      Note: Minimum Order Subtotal is AU$150.00.

  7. PAYMENT METHOD

    • Place the order by choosing Website Order and pay via EFT upon receiving an invoice with instruction from Health Food Distributors WA. Enter the Billing Address and Click ‘Continue’. Then on the next page Click ‘Place Order’.

      Note: Paypal accepts payments from other Paypal accounts, credit cards and selected bank accounts.

  8. SHIPPING CHARGES

    • Free Delivery in Perth Metro Area over $250.00 per order. Otherwise, Shipping charges will be calculated and sent to you by Email.

  9. You'll see a Thank You page if your order is successfully placed.
